Joost's Whisky World is meant to provide you with links to sites of my favourite whiskey: the scotch single malt. However, I have the intention to extend the site to other countries, somewhere in the future.

The Scotch Whishy Association provides the "gateway to Scotch Whisky". The site contains information on the distilleries, their brands and links to the distilleries. Because the other sites with this contence, I found on the web, seem to be dead, this site is the best starting point for surfing to the Scotch whiskys both the blends and the single malts. However not all links are working perfectly, but I presume this problem will be solved soon.
The Single Malt Scotch Whisky profides a lot of information, though the site is in German.
Scotch Malt Whisky Society, a society of Scotch single malt whisky lovers.
Single malt whisky breweries on the Net contains a lot of links to distilleries, but the last time I tried to reach the site, I could not open it. Hopefully, it will come back.
Maltwhiskey.net, a private site of Charles Shields, provides information on breweries.
The Whiskey Pages presents a loty of information.
The Edinburg Malt Whisky Tour contains much information on distilleries and regions.
